How long does A2P verification take?

Typically we see numbers get updated within 2-3 business days. Usually it is no longer than 5 business days. If you follow the video instructions step by step on best practices for A2P verification, you can typically see faster turn around times.

I have additional questions after my onboarding. Is there a support email?

I have an existing phone number for my business, can I forward calls to it?

Of course! You can use our phone system for texting and calling, but if you have a number you would like to forward to simply go to settings -> phone numbers -> locate phone number you are using for the account -> click the 3 dots on the right of the number -> select "Edit Configuration" -> Fill out the number you would like to forward to and hit save
